First, as a statesman, Liu Yong had experienced the official circle to sink floats, and had left the fine reputation in Chinese historical arena. Next, he also was a renowned calligrapher, enjoying the high reputation in the times of Qianlong and Jiaqing , even the later generation. He was also a poet, whose poem formed own unique style.
