Furthermore this can especially be seen in ethical movements.Internet information technology is a revolutionary development of modern science. It has been, and will continue, to have a strong impact on human life and society. The ethical impacts that have been caused by IT and its application are involved in all aspects of society. They are found manifested in the network immoral problems such as destroy network technology, network economic crime, network information pollution, etc. It needs us to re-examine its every aspect with our ethical views so that we can decrease the negative impacts, and to seek a dynamic balance and harmony between science and ethics.Facing the IT ethical dilemma of contemporary China, we should be guided by the concept of scientific development and try to reshape a new and harmonious moral order between technology and humanity with a positive attitude and scientific method.
