According to the condition of present vocal music teaching (VMT), this thesis, on the basis of the emotional psychology, analyzes the psychological principle that emotional factors could benefit teaching, which offers detailed psychological basis for changing traditional VMT concept. It aims to enrich VMT theories, so that more teachers could study the way of benefiting VMT from the aspect of emotion."Functions of emotion in VMT", it points out here, is absolutely not ignorant of the cognitive factors in VMT technical training. Moreover, on the basis of strengthening singing's technology teaching, it puts forwards that"emotional factors in teaching should be paid more attention", which the new teaching forms that"emotions prompt cognition","cognition strengthens emotion","emotion and cognition benefit each other", so that reach the unity of emotion and cognition.Under the control of the traditional teaching model, VMT pays much attention to the practical ability of singing, and it also focuses on the study of applied results in science study while the study of basic theories are inadequate. Especially emotional problems in the process of VMT, which so far stays the primary stage, are short of systematic and profound nature. So this thesis, on the basis of summarizing the important meaning that human beings'emotional phenomenon and emotions affect the VMT, systematically analyzes the present emotional problems condition in the process of VMT from the aspect of the combination of common psychology, educational psychology and VMT. On one hand, it reveals emotional performance, functions and the state of communication circles in the process of VMT. On the other hand, it analyzes VMT practical characteristics in details, and it finds the effective emotional controlling strategies, which affords the practical scientific foundation that teachers and students could use the emotions reasonably in the latter VMT activities to make the teaching and learning effectively.The greatest feature of this thesis is the combination of theory and practice. The author hopes it will be helpful to the present study of vocal music theories, which uses for practical reference to improve present VMT artistic level, and plays some role of guidance for strengthening emotional functions in VMT...
