Despiting repeated setbacks, it could be said to be one after another that Modern Chinese pursuited of national independence and prosperity of the country. Political system of corruption and undemocratic was a very important reason, and nurture democratic ideas were an important factor that it was related to the perfection of the political system. In Guangxi, the modern political class had a unique discussion to the democratic system and democratic idea, and put forward a series of specific proposals and basic ideas. This paper focused on the analysis to democratic thinking of three modern political class in Guangxi, for the construction of socialist democratic politics today in China with reference value.The first part was based on reviewing the formation and development of historical for the modern Chinese democratic ideas. It pointed out that Kang Youwei had gone on two study trips to Guilin, disseminating constitutional monarchy and the Restoration of 1898, so the modern democracy came to Guangxi; and in the period of Bourgeois democratic republic, revolutionary," Exclude Manchu " and the Republican thinking are the basic contents of thinking in the Democratic Republic of Guangxi disseminating.The second part of an article analyzed and discussed on official thinking of the Three Principles as a representative Guangxi warlords. The article pointed out that Guangxi warlords official representative of the Three Principles of the ideas include the three main elements: establishing banner to Three People's Principles, promoting the spirit of the Three Principles of the People; implementing Three People's Principles, creating the "Three-Self" local policy, advocating to put "self-defense", "autonomy" and "self-sufficiency" into practice; proposing the partial anti-Japanese democratic ideas, advocating democracy and military democracy and the culture of democracy, so that the Three Principles of achieving a historic sublimation.The third part of the article analyzed the Chinese communists to explore ideas of democracy. In this section, a discussion of the Guangxi early communists ideas of democracy advocates——abandoned capitalist democracy, promoting socialist democracy was a first step. Then, the article from some parts such as the people's democratic dictatorship, the government organizations, people's sovereign status, the right to freedom of the people and democratic centralism had a detailed feasibility studies to Guangxi local party organizations democratic dictatorship of the workers and peasants thought. This part had a detailed analysis and discussion of the system of four Thoughts that the KMT democratic opposition to the KMT's "one-party dictatorship" and to protect the four freedoms and rights of the people, advocating the KMT to end tutelage as possible, the implementation of constitutional and advocated an "eastern-style democracy" system,The fifth article was the review that based on the political class in Guangxi democratic thinking during 30 years after May 4 Movement. The article pointed out that democratic ideas were the theoretical guide of the Guangxi local political construction; the spread of democratic ideas had played a tremendous role in promoting the anti-Japanese democratic movement in Guangxi; during the war of liberation, the spread of democratic ideas had been to improve the Guangxi people's sense of democracy and urge them to participate actively in Guangxi "Hunger, heralded anti-persecution" campaign, to be triggered all sectors of Guangxi to the "coalition government" strongly urge and to the unanimous condemnation of the Chiang Kai-shek on "National Assembly ". After comparative analysis of democratic thinking of the modern three political class in Guangxi, the article considers the establishment of the people's democratic dictatorship is inevitable in the historical development of choice.The article conclusion was of the analysis and discussion on historical inspiration of development and evolution of democracy in Guangxi during 30 years after May 4 Movement. The article pointed out that thinking of the people's democratic dictatorship was both essentially different from the bourgeois democratic ideas in Europe and the United States, and also had a creative development of Marxism-Leninism of the dictatorship of the proletariat state theory, convergence of the new democratic and socialist two different periods of history, and was the product of combining the state of Marx's theory with the Chinese revolution and the concrete practice with distinct Chinese characteristics and the characteristics of the times.
