Euphemism is common in diction communication. And it is one of the most important means in harmonizing interpersonal relation. Euphemism is one of the linguistic phenomena, which is try to communicate in an indirect way in stead of the direct meaning and intention in such a diction community according to the social culture and national mentality. Chinese euphemisms exist in the social life, diction communication and literature production. They form the thick sedimentation. They reflect the proper strict caste and mean and harmonious concept of the Han nationality.
