Jiang yingke is one member of Gongan Literature association in Ming Dynasty later period, he played a important roal in the establishment and the developing process of Gongan Literature association . his status was only lower than Yuan hongdao. But there is not much attention about him in the history. This article study his thought, his literature Theory, and his status in Gongan association in order to comprehensively reappears Jiang Yingke himself. JiangYingke carriesed out the Confucianism, Buddhism, Daoism thought, but after all Confucianist was his last choice. His literature theories mainly have "a free way to say ";"Opposes to restore the old Literature, advocated that Literature would change with history";"Opposes to simulate, advocated drawing true poem";"poem is different from Prose"and so on. He insisted that poet must have unusual talent , including Brave, talent , Skillful heart and so on.His work was quite abundant, the content already had the national affairs care, also had the common custom life description. Specially his short essay, whose word cuts but the aim far, is humorous , and does not lose reserved and refined, affected in the history quite deeply.
