A Study On Yun Qixuan Ci-Poetry

The purpose of this thesis is studying Ci-Poetry theory of Wen Tingshi ,the famous Ci-Poet in late Qing dynasty ,and the artistic characteristics of Yun Qixuan Ci-Poetry, written by Wen Tingshi, in the guidance of his Ci-Poetry theory .By the method of combination of interior studying and exterior studying ,We find that it is full of sharp spirit of criticism and dialectic in Wen Tingshi's Ci-Poetry theory . He asked to explode the sectarian bias; denied the nihility and superficiality of Zhe Jiang school and the mechanical "Ji Tuo"theory of Chang Zhou school;claimed to pay attention to the realistic and historical content in Ci-Poetry's production, and attached much importance to the expression of the auctorial consciousness. The spirit of criticism influenced his Ci-Poetry's production directly; made he be in a class by himself in the field of Ci-Poetry; brought the obvious quality of history and abundant content for his Ci-Poetry. It also brought the chance for the summoning of "Jia Xuanfeng",and symbolized the ultimate refulgence of Ci-Poetry in the late Qing dynasty. Moreover, with the method of statistics, comparing the various editions each other ,and rectifying many mistakes which appeared in process of other scholars' discussing the number of Wen Tingshi's Ci-Poetry, we can conclude that the number of Wen Tingshi's Ci-Poetry that we can see today is about 173.
