The diplomatism in late-Qing Dynasty is the beginning phase and an important part of Chinese modern diplomatism. The diplomatic figures in late-Qing Dynasty holded a special status on the arena of Chinese modern diplomatism,whose thoughts and actions had showed the characteristics of the modernization of the Chinese diplomatism. ZheJiang and JiangSu, which are mainly historical economy and culture factors and are the most serious areas of big power's aggression from modern time, which has closely relationship with their ideology and culture'modern evolvement and foreign figures.
