The blending of different cultures has been greatly promoting the development of human culture, thus providing a rare chance for us to absorb and blend the good points of foreign cultures. It is considered that we must further our cultural opening- up and absorb excellent foreign cultures so as to build socialism culture with Chinese characteristics.At last, we must take the opportunity, face the challenge calmly, and make correct relative strategies and countermeasures according to the scientific attitude and creative spirit. To construct advanced culture under this background, we should: a) we must actively attract advanced culture coming from outside world with a correct attitude, and embody the character of containing of our socialist culture. Only by dealing with the relation between globalization and nationlization, learning and innovation and participating in the communication and competition among different cultures, pursuing the common value of the human civilization. The mainstream culture should become to an open system of the global field of vision and the self-surmounting ability; b) we must insist on the consciousness and independence of cultural development ,enforce the consciousness of culture security , establish the perfect cultural security system and warning mechanism, positively promotes the establishment of the new order of international cultural, in guards the security of the national culture ,keep within limits culture hegemonism ;c) We must formulate the national culture industry strategy, standardize and perfect the regulations of external communications , construct the cultural industry system of China. It should be promote the synthesis competitive ability of country' s culture.
