With the development of cognitive psychology, it becomes more and more dominative in the field of psychology. As one of the most important research topics in the field of cognitive psychology, Stroop effect attracts many attentions since it is be invented in 1935. Recently, the situation of bilingual exists everywhere-not only between dialect of minorities and official language in one country, but also between country and country. Therefore, the psychologic research concerning on bilingual also takes on great significance. The study of bilingual Stroop effect is just a research of analyzing the interference between the two different languages. It proves Stroop effect presented through difference of length of responsing time on the condition of identical or difference between language stimulus and the response language. In other words, it is an experiment of using second language to answer questions printed by first language, or using first language to answer questions printed by second language. There is a special relationship between Chinese and Japanese. In this experiment, we use Chinese characters of color as our stimulus target, and all the Chinese characters have being used both in Chinese and Japanese. This kind of experiment is implemented as first time in the field of bilingual Stroop. We supposed that the same Chinese characters have the same concept and meaning, which is deposited in same system when the Japanese-Chinese bilingual are using these two languages. So, which factors will affect the changes and operations between different mental lexicons of two languages? In the experiment, we designed two groups of experiment; include four and two SOA (Stimulus Onset Asynchrony) on the Stroop priming effect respectively. We put on interference stimulus with Chinese and Japanese before stimulus present, and add two variable with identical of color and meaning of as well as different to the target, then the subjects' s task is name the color of the color patch by using Chinese and Japanese respectively. We discuss the Stroop interference effect of Chinese and Japanese by analyzing the different length of response time that testee spend in the experiment by using Chinese and Japanese.Colligating the results of two groups of experiment, we can draw the following conclusions: 1) No matter how close between two languages, the response of mother language is faster than the second language. The response is fastest when priming stimulus and the named language are both mother language, slowest with both second language. 2) When the response language is mother language, priming language as second language spend 30 seconds more than as first language. When the response language is second language, the excessive time is 50 seconds. 3) The changing operation from second language to mother language is easier than mother language to second language.4 ) The processing of languages is evidently influenced by the priming stimulus.
