TV series broadcast in China is one of the most important way to get profit for most TV stations and channels. Because TV series is one of the most favorite TV program for audience, and the Input-output ratio is the most high, many TV stations and channels have been competing intensely in order to attract more audience and advertising revenue.This thesis chose Hunan Satellite TV, Anhui Satellite TV, Zhejiang Satellite TV, Jiangsu Satellite TV, Guangxi Satellite TV,CCTV-1 and CCTV-8 to research their different measures on TV series broadcast. This thesis found a rule about TV series broadcast. TV series were very similar even same in the beginning, then TV stations and channels added the TV series broadcast time, and they competed for the only copyright of TV series. Now some of them take part in the TV series production.On this basis, the thesis brought forward the future development of TV series broadcast market in China. The TV series broadcast policies should be more reasonable and stable, and a fair TV series exchange market should be built. For the TV stations and channels, they should control and get the copyright of TV series. At the same time, the thesis thinks the mass TV series broadcast bring the negative influence to the media economy and audience to a certain extent.
