The Korean War was the first time extensive "hot war" after the cold war began. as an international war on its development process and the final results, in essence is China and the United States in war. As regards Soviet and America, it was the contention and confronting which two countries extended in Europe and refracted in Korea Peninsula.China and the United States to send troops to Korea and the decision-making process, of the post-war history of international relations and the Cold War history of most foreign scholars interested in the subject of one.With China and the Soviet Union further information in the public, especially the former Soviet Union files declassified documents, Study of the Korean War, will focus increasingly turned to analyze China, the United States and Soviet Union countries in decision-making, distinct from the analysis of past major American wars decision. Researchers have turned their attention to the major bets during this period the leaders of China's foreign policy analysis. In some major strategic decisions, the parties by a series of obvious and potential, uncertain or even non-existent factors, made a wrong thinking, lead to a lot of errors or inappropriate action. Whether from the background of the international system, Domestic factors affecting the micro or more personal reasons ~ the psychological level of thinking and so on, is the value of further study.War is the result of political decisions; decisions can be rational, or non-rational. People based on the real world knowledge, different people have different interpretations; different interpretations will also bring different policies. Meanwhile, as the decision-maker who is the same with all have cognitive limitations, so there will inevitably be perceived wrong. Sino-U.S. Korean War from the transmission of information, Interpretation of events and cognitive areas has undergone a series of cognitive errors, the cognitive errors led to an erroneous decision. To a certain extent, the concept of strength and its ideological influence has become a key factor in international affairs; between the nation-state mutual understanding and misunderstanding is the result of friendly cooperation between countries of conflict or hostilities, and even an important factor."The article firstly introduces the theories about conflicts and decision-making. And mainly explains why America involved in the Korean War step by step and sank deeper and deeper. Analyses Taiwan's factors in the relations of China and America. This part we will introduce American strategic status and strategic target after World War II. On the basis of analyzing American strategic objective of Korea Peninsula after World War II, explains the reason why U.S.A. involved in the Korean War and strategic policy of crossing 38th Parallel.Secondly Expounds the decision-making process which China dispatched troops to the Korean. Mainly analyses the reason why China dispatches troops to Korea.The last part we will comparative study the differences of China and America in decision -making in the Korean War, and try to make known the Korean War's influence to the Sino-US relations and Taiwan Issue, and the Korean War's historical lessons.
