An Approach To The Folklore Image In Jia Pingwao's Urban-fiction

It is a distinct character to describle a lot of folklore phenomena in Jia Pingao's novels. Jia describles folklore phenomena consciously, and make folklore phenomena sublime into folklore image by giving them literature sense. As one important part of the whole image system created by Jia in his novels, folklore image gives Jia's works unique aesthetic features.In oder to research literautue in folklore scope, in the paper the author did a discussion to the relationship between literature and folklore firstly. Then the meaning of folklore image was explained based on the concept of image. Based on the above theory, the author did not only a systematical summary to the folklore phenomena of Jia's novles in 90th, but also a deep analysis to the process how the folklore image produced.In the following parts of the paper, based on the text of Jia's novel, the author did a deep analysis to the whole aesthetic features given by folklore image, including natural style, mysterious scenario, and historical depth. Jia's Works are totally re-understanded in this paper.In the last part of the paper, the auther discussed the reason why folklore conception formed from Jia's growing-up enviroment, writing career, and creating position. So the reader can get a better understanding of Jia and his works.
