The Research For The Social Problem Of Nanotechnology

Nanotechnology is one of the three key technologies in 21 century; its social application will bring huge influence to human society. The development of each technology has two different characters ; nanotechnology has these characters too. The development of nanotechnology would not only bring the improvements in human physical life and spiritual life lever, but also bring a series new social problem in the environment, international relations, military war and life ethics. So it is important to analyze the social problem that nanotechnology would bring to the society; in order to insure the development of nanotechnology in the right way, we should set down some logical social control measure and put them into effect.The first chapter put forward that the development of nanotechnology would bring some social problem, it discusses these problem from five aspects in environment, international relations, military war, living ethics and technology dissimilation; it also particularizes and analyzes the social problem that the application of nanotechnology would produced in detail. The second chapter provides the measures for the social control of nanotechnology, it discusses of how to carry out the social control of nanotechnology from two aspects in politics control and morality control; it affords logical and effective measures to the development of nanotechnology. The third chapter analyzes the sustainable development of nanotechnology; firstly, it analyzes the difficulties that the sustainable development of nanotechnology would be faced with; secondly, it provides the outlet of how to achieve the goal of the sustainable development of nanotechnology; finally, it analyzes the promote function relationship between nanotechnology and sustainable development.The innovation of this dissertation is analyzes the problem that nanotechnology would produce completely; provides the social control measures in politics control and morality control to the development of nanotechnology; and discusses the sustainable development of nanotechnology and the sustainable development of human society deeply. This dissertation provides theoretic and practical gist to the social control and sustainable development of nanotechnology; it has all-important practical meaning to humankind's nicety imagine in build a sustainable development harmonious society.
