At present, what the most attractive language phenomenon, is advertisement language. With the fast development of modern advertisement cause in China, advertisement language has put itself into our daily life. As a most popular media of modern advertisement, advertisement language is the language in a piece of advertisement, the new situation existed in language. People focus modern advertisement language just because its fresh, variety and colorful characteristics. Taking advertisement language as the field of linguistics research, we can be richen our all-round knowledge from it. Today, the problem research has been paid attention by more and more linguistics scholars . This paper makes a system description on the characteristics of modern advertisement language and its problem based on pre-research achievement. The characteristics of modern advertisement language is deep closed with the development of modern society, that is, attention to enterprise image, seeking the feeling from human being and using for reference from relative culture factors in an all-round way. Owing to the noise from public speech, advertisement language has its disadvantage in phonetics, semantics and expression style.
