The book of Shushihuiyao recording chirographers was written by Tao Zongyi in Ming Dynasty. The book is very important in history of the calligraphy because of the content of the book are based on t housands of calligraphists and materials which are very abundant .However, there are more and more scholars who are pay attention to this book at prese nt, there are few professional works and articles to give an enough collation and revision for it, so this field still needs more research work.By studying this topic, I will give an integrated comment by collate the differences between two versions of shushihuiyao in Tang Dynasty. I will also consult of the records and reviews in the books on the history of the Tang Dynasty, researches on the calligraphies of Tang Dynasty by modern scholars, existing Works and rubbings and so on. Through the collation, I find some questions, such as there are lots of material mistakes by authors'careless or the other reasons. By reading other books, I collated some of the official post, the wrong names, zihao and fenghao in the edition of Hongwu and Sikuquanshu and corrected some mistakes in calligraphy history. There are also some problems in the order of calligraphers, and so on. In this part, I also made some supplementary works to some chirographers who were introduced too briefly and put forward my own views.At last, because of lacking materials and other reasons, I had to make further efforts to comprehend Shushihuiyao fully in the future...
