Setting up observation point at language noumenon outer, connecting theoretical study and practical exploration, closely combining Chinese characteristics, this paper is based on such theories as human-centered psychology, cognitive psychology, Gestalt psychology, human-centered pedagogy, cognitive linguistics, linguistic culturology, language psychology ,mutual-construction linguistic culturology, Pragmatics, an ecology of mass communication and constructivism learning theory etc., Meanwhile, it comprehensively uses the ideas of language-teaching of people oriented, the points of view of educational ecology and the doctrine of language intuition teaching in these angles of relationships between human and language, Chinese-learning and social environment, context, and the ecologic nature of Chinese inner structure.And this paper does multi-dimensions researches and attempts on the basic platform of thought philosophy and language philosophy in Chinese culture background.Also, this paper absorbs some profitable ingredients of teaching English as a second language and some traditional experiences from ancient Chinese-teaching. Besides, this paper, thinking that TCSL is to cultivate overseas students'Chinese mark wisdom and to model Chinese men and women with Chinese cultural mastery and quality, abandons the tradition of regarding language as a tool of communication.This paper, reviewing the importance of humanity nature of languages, pays much attention to the core value that language has as a humanity offspring and dynamic balance nature of the inner structure of Chinese as a form-ecology as well as the environmental dependence and mutual-influence that TCSL as a behavior-ecology needs to go on effectively.This paper, focusing on the two questions of" why" and "how", systematically dissects the reasons for low teaching efficiency and unsatisfactory teaching effect of TCSL, and tries best to explore a feasible way out in a very broad theory scope and believes that TCSL should persist in the approach of overseas students'Chinese language intuition cultivation (OSCLIC).On these theory bases above, this paper tries to bring forth new ideas from the following aspects: defining the standard of Chinese language intuition for TCSL; putting forward the 1-2-4 cultivation frame of Chinese language intuition; establishing the 4 behavior principles of Chinese language intuition cultivation; designing the 3-step-prescheme of Chinese language intuition cultivation; formulating the practical proposal on the way of Chinese language intuition cultivation; bring forward the pattern of Chinese language intuition cultivation; drafting the ecological model of Chinese language intuition cultivation.
