| Yue Zhong Qi ,as a famous general stabilized border areas in Qing dynasty , Served as senior official in Kang Xi , Yong Zheng , Qianlong dynasty. He was only the Han commander awarded big General in qing dynasty.He established many unusual militarycredits,and played enrmous effects in history, at the same time,he defended national unification and the territorial integrity, boosted national amalgamation and communication.In addition,he also made many achievements in political and economic aspects. Experience and lessons among them had practical significance of developing economy in western parts and resolving Tibet problems.From the historical materials and works about himself mainly, used viewpoints and methods related disciplines of history , politics, sociology , ethnology', this article discusses the achievements of Yue Zhong Qi in the field of military, politics and economy,at the same time , valuates his historical effects on the whole.
