This paper makes a comprehensive collation and researching on Miyazaki's cartoon films, in particular from his animation films language and animation films aesthetic side.Chapter one will focus on four themes in Miyazaki's films, the human and nature, survival of female, growth and the concept of"Who Am I". Firstly,"Human and Nature"is one of the most important part that Miyazaki wants to express. In his films, This kind of thinking is embodied in almost each of his work. Secondly, the attention and praise of women could be seen everywhere in his film. Hence he is also known as a feminists. As a male director, Miyazaki's awareness on women's irreplaceable position and unique qualities even better than men is commendable. Again, "growth" and "Who Am I " is also integral parts in his films.Miyazaki is animation animated films are able to achieve such a great success, in addition to these profound cultural connotation, the unique and rich visual language is inseparable. Therefore, chapter two analysis Miyazaki films′unique film language from the camera of language, sound, shape and role options .Aesthetics Meaning is a focus in this paper, including traditional culture, local aesthetic style and unique emotional expression. As a Japanese film director, Miyazaki's works included some Japanese aesthetic qualities. Such as Japanese unique "view of nature," and "of mourning," These traditional Japanese aesthetic thinkings deep penetration in the Miyazaki's films.The final chapter of this paper talk about Miyazaki and his workshop's situation in Japanese animation industry, as well as the status of China's animation industry insights. This might be reference and helpful to China's animation industry.
