The Comparison Of Chinese And Korea World Heritage Management System And The Research Of Its Influence

World heritage is cultural and natural treasure with preeminence and universal value. It represents a unique art achievement, a creationary classic. It influenced the building art, memento art, town planning or sight design greatly in a period or in a culture area. It can be a unique or at least special witness of a disappeared culture. It can be an excellent example of buildings to show one or more important periods of human history. It can be an excellent example of traditional human habitation to show one or more culture, especially in the irreversible influence. It has direct or indirect connection with extrusive history affair or ideology or religion or art. So it has incomparable and unique value. World heritage is the most important resource of a country or zone in history protection, family location, society experience development and so on. It gets the important recognition of every country.Because of characters and functions of world heritage there are competitions and cooperation in countries for the similar or series heritage. The phenomena appear most in the countries with same history resource. In Asia the example is China and Korea. They are both in East Asia culture area and have the same culture origin. A part of traditional culture resource belongs to both. China is the leader and origin of East Asia culture area and so has the declaration and protection right in a great part of these world heritages. But we are passive in the declaration and protection process in the competition with Korea because of recognition, protection system and descend system. The evidence is that, many Chinese non-material culture heritages are declared by Korea.Korea showed its lead consciousness in its successful declaration process of world heritages. It gives prominence to its origin position, builds its culture characters, so that it can declare world heritages successfully. I think that, the inbeing of the culture heritage competition between China and Korea is the competition of dominion of culture. I take it as the vision, analyze and research the Korea heritage protection system and others about it. We should recognize and understand the value of its system, from which we can learn much. By the comparison of protection system between China and Korea I state the solution for our world heritage declaration and protection problem, in order to consummate our protection system.
