Apprenticeship System From Perspective Of Non-materia I Cultural Heritage Protection

In contemporary society, the Chinese traditional culture cognitive decline and rapid modernization changed the original ecological culture, inheritance path corresponding changes. Under the view of the intangible cultural heritage protection, dominated by the government on heritage school education is becoming the dominant inheritance via, but it is worth noting, the traditional "handed down from father to son, mentoring and receiving" model of utility, especially emphasis on inheriting traditional culture does not seem to be through the government’s decision-making, school education, the media can be completely replaced. Traditional mentoring relationships reflect the spiritual core of Chinese culture, namely the humane spirit and the spirit of artisans.The Shanghai calligraphers conducted interviews using field investigation method, through the book life experience and school books to explain the process between the traditional apprenticeship under master craftsmanship, senior peer, daily communication and how to establish the identity, and compared with the modern school education, in order to reveal the role of traditional apprenticeship for the moment protection of intangible cultural heritage. This paper is divided into five parts: the introduction part is the summary of the existing related research:the first chapter will be the traditional apprenticeship classified; the second chapter through the interview case illustrates the characteristics of the traditional apprenticeship and the deficiencies of modern education; the third chapter highlights the traditional apprenticeship aims to cultivate the humanistic spirit and in the fourth chapter, artisan spirit:the traditional apprenticeship of intangible cultural heritage protection reference.The intangible cultural heritage emphasizes the culture of integrity inheritance, which concerns the protection of native culture and living space. which calls for the protection of all the content and form of a certain culture. So in the process of intangible cultural heritage protection, we should pay attention to changes in the cultural ecological environment caused by the way of inheritance and change practical utility, but also to see the protection of intangible cultural heritage should inherit the spirit of the kernel, rather than a single form, pay attention to the culture heritage interest, culture level. The traditional apprenticeship inheritance is a living heritage and its inheritance process retains its theoretical system, technology system, mode of thinking, overall the contents of the ritual ceremony, with a high reference value for the protection of the intangible cultural heritage.The innovation of this paper is to supplement the lack of existing research, I use interview data from a large number of text as a basis for not only expands the traditional master production present status of the research on the transmission mechanism, also increased by intangible cultural heritage protection in the field of new research perspective. This paper breaks through the traditional folklore studies, both the or conclusions are faced with many challenges.
