TV Drama Market greatly develops in these years, and its trend is intergradation, profession and internationalization. TV promotional programme is an important media pattern, which is based on advertisement theory, and becomes a new format of modern ad industry. Recently, promotional programme plays an indelible role in the progress of TV business. Its diversity and function grows into an indispensable power now.However, many new questions pop up in domestic market. How to find a new solution for our own promotional programme? Innovation is the crucial key. Our standpoint is to create new ideas and models, to utilize the advanced digital technology, and to change the current ways from both audio & video parts.This essay gives an answer of the following three questions. For the TV promotional programme,how to seek an innovation method, how to perfectly combine the digital special effects to the original content,and how to discover the latent commercial value in our society.
