Socrates's "aware of ignorance" marked the lives of willpower on behalf of the disappearance of Greek tragedy, and then it followed a medieval Christian theology and philosophy of modern rationalism. During this period, human instincts, willpower and creativity lost. In the second half of the 19th century German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche by the "death of God" and "revaluation of all values," and "the birth of Superman" smashed the decadent rule of Europe two millennia of Christian morals, and culture, belittled and negated the rational, digested the human intrinsic value and significance and highlighted the value of human life. Superman on the future generations of their philosophy had a profound impact, particularly on post-modernism have had a significant impact, and Nietzsche were revered for their post-modern pioneer. Postmodernism's main representative of the French philosopher Michel Foucault's philosophy of superman conducted a certain amount of abandon, and integrated into its own theory characteristics, and formed a "people's death" thinking.In this paper, firstly, I review and sort out the literature from three areas including Nietzsche's superman philosophy, postmodernism, and Foucault's death of people. Secondly, I respectively elaborate Nietzsche's superman philosophy and the death of Foucault. The former I mainly will be addressed from the historical background, theory of origins, main content three aspects. The latter I make a simple exposition of the historical background—post-modern philosophy of Foucault's "people's death", further proof a specific ideological origins of Foucault's "people's death", and explain the specific meaning of Foucault's "people", ultimately from the people of birth, the death of people, the rebirth of three parts demonstrates Foucault's "people's death" content. Finally, I compare and evaluate them, respectively on the same point and its different; In conclusion of the article I will conclude and raise questions about the destination, at the same time, on the "main body" to the presence or absence briefly described.
