The Study Of Confirmed Paradox In Dynamic Context

Since the"Hume's Question", the argument about the inductive paradox has been one of the central topics in the field of logic. This article focuses on discussion Confirmed Paradox (or Crow Paradox or Hempel Paradox). Over the years, Western philosophers and logicians from different perspectives and positions put forward some solutions to remove paradox, many of them insights.Context is the important concept of Pragmatics .Frege is the first man to think the concept of context as a important general principle. Frege linked the meaning and context to understand . In this paper, I discuss the relationship between the paradox. and context by analyzing the meanings of words or expressions . Context is a function of time, and the formation or composition of the context are being at the same time. That is to say, the context analysis introduces the time factor and the related principles so that the relationship of context and significance are from the static analysis to dynamic context. So, we find a new vision to dispel the confirmation paradox . And the confirmed paradox is based on Hempel's philosophy pursuit . Hempel was committed to building the definition of pure syntax of confirmation. Hempel structured the paradox with the two conditions: Nicod standards and the equivalent conditions which are only logical framework of standards. Hempel focused on the form and ignored the impact of"Pragmatic Reconstruction"since the turning of Pragmatics .Habermas and Gadamer opened Pragmatic Reconstruction which concerned for the life of the world and context to understand the importance of significance. The concept of confirmation has becomed from the "duality" of the semantic concept to "ternary" pragmatic concept. Therefore, the theoretical confirmed must breakthrough Hempel's the purely semantic reasoning.In a dynamic context the confirmation needs to follow the rules of the pragmatic reasoning --the principle of association. The principle of association plays an important role in the process of inference about the theoretical confirmed. And the principle of association is the criteria to choose the register . Pragmatic reasoning and logical reasoning are two different types of reasoning tools, and reflectimg on the shortcomings of the traditional solutions:the programmes of the formal and the scientific methodology still did not shake off the shackles of formal logic;yet focused on the semantic analysis despite of the pragmatic level .Confirmation Paradox is the logic of paradox of the pure form , from the living world - the form of rationality - the living world, the two"the living worlds"contains the different information . Therefore, the solution of confirmed paradox must set aside a logical framework , and the introduction of pragmatic reasoning of the relevance of the principles. Context analysis method is more feasible to remove the confirmation paradox .
