Bing in the 21st century, China and Japan, for visiting Yasukuni Shrine issue, have had serious diplomatic friction that greatly interferes with the healthy developing Sino-Japanese relationship,and even leads to a serious confrontation in national sentiment. However, there is also strategic complementary between Sino-Japanese relationship with the contradictions development.This paper will start with the visits to the Yasukuni Shrine and research it with the development of Sino-Japanese relations issues:First, this paper proceeds on the Yasukuni Shrine and militarism, explains that the essence of the visit is to deny aggression,embellish militarism and to overturn the war criminals.Then, this paper focuses on the Yasukuni Shrine and Japan's traditional culture, from the cultural perspective,analysises the causes why Japanese political figures visits to the Yasukuni Shrine and annotates political factors.Last,summarizes influence on the Yasukuni Shrine issue and Sino-Japanese relations—destroying normalization of Sino-Japanese relations, catalyzing ethnic antagonism, with geo-political and economic theory, emphasizes that Sino-Japanese relations are strategy complementary, and proposes ideas that can relieve the conflict caused by the visit to Yasukuni Shrine. Peace and development have become the theme of the times. Only by facing the future to develop Sino-Japanese relations that is in line with the fundamental interests of the two peoples. Only clearly understand this point, Japanese government can walk away from diplomatic impasse winded by historical issues.
