The negotiations are the important form of human interactions,the history of the human civilization development is the history of the human interactions and negotiations development. Today , the advent of the knowledge-based economy,negotiations have become the most effective method which can settle human conflicts and eliminate human differences. As a tool of thinking, logic shows its powerful scientific forces in the whole process of negotiations, and it also plays a guiding role which can not be ignored for negotiators to play their talents fully.In this thesis, by linking theory with practice,the author uses logical viewpoint to examine the process of negotiations,to summarize the logical art in the negotiations. The thesis does not list all the logical methods in the negotiations,but emphatically analyses and introduces the frequently used logic methods in the negotiations.The full thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is a summary of negotiations. Introduced the definitions of negotiations,the types,the characteristics,the preparations before negotiations and the attentive matters in the negotiations.The second part systematically analyses the frequently used logical thinking in the negotiations: concept,judgement,syllogism,dilemma,induction,argument by analogy,argument and refutation,and with the negotiatory examples,the author further expounds these logical theories through examples's analysis.The third part analyses the logical defects that often appears in the negotiations,sums up the logical methods which can guide the negotiations.
