The Cross-cultural Communication Of New Asian Films

In the 1980s, the Chinese film developed, then in the last two decades of the 20th century Asian films has started a new tide movement, it is the Asian new movie's time. The movies in the way of reconsidering the east traditional culture and constructing movie language left the eternal mark in its country movie history. It is one of most important milestones in the Asian movie history. Asian films in the way of International film festival walked out of the difficulties which is different from the past. More and more Asian films have the international award, have acceptance and appreciation of World audience. It is a cross-cultural communication successful.Under the context of globalization, USA and western film in the world occupied the dominant position, developing country films only have a limited market and the difficult living space, to search a way of film development and contend with Hollywood film is necessary. New Asian film have started cross-cultural communication in the right moment in this situation, the successful experience can be used as reference with development of film of other developing countries in the world.the first part of the paper I will discuss the rise of new Asia films, including the definition of the concept of the film, the background for the rise and the creation overview; The second part, I will discuss the background, process and effect of cross-cultural communication of Asia new film ; The third part discuss the content of new Asian films of cross-cultural communication; fourth part discuss the problems and difficulties in cross-cultural communication ,and I will mention a few points for cross-cultural communication of new Asian films.
