The Study On Visual Guiding System Of Xi'an Urban Subway

With rapid economic development, the construction of subway seems to be particularly important. However, how to establish a whole set of visual guiding system integrally, normally and efficiently of urban subway, and to enhance the quality of people's life, consequently becomes an urgent problem which needs to be resolved presently.The paper, based on the design of visual guiding system, focuses not only on resolving the problem of identifying, but also on remembering and imaging in the underground public space environment of Xi'an urban subway in the future. By using analysis, comparison and other methods, the paper summarizes the principle visual guiding system from three below aspects: individuation, internationalization and humanization. Furthermore, the combination of the very forms and designs thus creates the visual guiding system of Xi'an urban subway with clearly geographical and cultural characteristics of Xi'an city. In this way, theoretical basis for visual guiding system of urban subway some day is provided.Six sections are concluded in this paper. The first chapter is the introduction mainly about background, significance of problems and methodology to solve. The second mainly expounds the basic theory of the system of visual guiding by means of the introduction of significance, key elements and designed the characters. In the third chapter, subway and its fundamental organization formation is analyzed, which provides the theory basis on systematic design of Xi'an urban subway visual guiding. The fourth chapter gives an analysis on the application situation and the features, and the fifth aims at the roles and regulations bringing forward to the visual guiding system of Xi'an urban subway. The sixth one, which shows the innovation and outlook of visual guiding system of Xi'an urban subway, is the conclusion of the paper.
