On The Artistic Quality Of Embroidery Of The Miao Nationality In Xijiang Town, Leishan County, Southeast Of Guizhou Province

Through on-the-spot inspection of the region culture in a thousand-family village of Miao nationality in Xijiang Town, Leishan County, southeast of Guizhou Province, this thesis analyzes how geographical condition and customs in Xijiang town influence the origin and development of Miao nationality embroidery, explores the current situation of Miao nationality embroidery in Xijiang town by consulting local relevant materials, and introduces some concrete culture and craft of Miao nationality embroidery, the feature and current situation of Miao nationality embroidery craft in Xijiang town by interviewing some craftsmen of Miao nationality embroidery, paying a visit to the local villagers, the head of the culture station and Shaikh of Miao nationality in Xijiang. Many artistic photos of embroidery and rich folk traditional materials are collected in the research. The first two chapters of the thesis shows a whole inspection analysis of the cultural origin of the Miao nationality embroidery in Xijiang town which offers a true and effective example for the various manifestations of the artistic quality of Miao nationality embroidery in Xijiang Town, Leishan County. The next two chapters of the thesis lay emphasis on the analysis of the aethestic culture and artistic manifestation of the Miao nationality embroidery in Xijiang town. It is original since the Miao nationality embroidery in Xijiang town has never been analyzed thoroughly in our nation. The last chapter of the thesis presents a plan for the inheritance and development of the embroidery art of Miao nationality in Xijiang town on the research basis and makes practical and scientific suggestions for the trend of Miao nationality embroidery in Xijiang town. In short, the thesis explores and shows the splendid flower of Miao nationality embroidery art nurtured by the thousand-family village of Miao nationality in Xijiang Town, fully reveals the artistic connotation and nature of the Miao nationality embroidery in XiJiang town.
