British contemporary moral philosopher R.M. Hare responds to the challenges towards life from the modern science and technology through a theoretical way. Hare' s analysis paradigm of his bioethics has unique characteristic in the field of bioethics, which has great significance for analyzing and settling the bioethical issues. This paper aims at clarifying, interpreting and appraising Hare' s analysis paradigm of his bioethics.Hare established his logic system of the universal prescriptivism through the logic study of the moral language, and he found the commonality of Kantianism and utilitarianism on this basis, then the theory of combination of Kantianism and utilitarianism become his theoretical tools for solving bioethical issues. This paper holds that Hare' s analysis paradigm of bioethical issues can be broadly divided into: First, clarifying the bioethical issues through analyzing the concept of the words. Hare holds that we must first analyze the logic meaning of the words of the question in order to answer the bioethical issues. And the understanding of the concept is the basis of the distinction between which are good and which are bad arguments. For example, the different understanding of the concept of health and disease not only affect the doctor-patient relationship, but also affect the impartiality of the distribution of medical resources. The second is to establish the principles of the bioethics. In the process of establishing bioethical principles, Hare considered his universal prescriptivism as the logic basis of the principle establishment, and applied utilitarianism as a way of thinking for establishing the substance of the bioethical principles, and then specified the bioethical principles through using two different levels of moral thinking. This paper holds that Hare' s analysis paradigm of his bioethics embodies two kinds of combinations: First, the combination of the meat-ethics and the normative ethics, which impenetrate his whole thought of his bioethics. The second is the combination of Kantianism and utilitarianism in the process of establishing the bioethical principles. It is this integrative feature that make Hare' s analysis paradigm a unique one in the field of bioethics. This method is of inspiring methodological significance for the study of bioethics and it promotes the development of the ethics itself in a particular way.
