Qinghai vernacular has been considered part of the Oirad dialect. This vernacular is in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau geography, history and a source of Oirad dialect relations. Predecessors in the vernacular has been the traditional phonetic research, but not on the analysis of the acoustic.In the paper, experimental phonetics acoustic analysis method, Qinghai vernacular, Oirad dialect and Alasha vernacular soil acoustic comparative study.There are acoustic comparisons as follows: initial and non-initial syllable short vowels, initial and non-initial syllable long vowels, tongue position of initial syllable short and long vowels, length of initial and non-initial syllable short and long vowels, vowel harmony etc, then it make a excel for each one, paints the acoustic maps of the vowels in accordance with the excel, compares the average dates of the length and formant, and summarizes the same and different face of these vowels of the three places. The new point in the dissertation is that compared the vowels of the three places by the way of acoustic comparison to find out the relationship and difference of dialects and vernaculars, and all this will be helpful for the studies on the other dialect and vernacular.
