Since born 100 years ago, movie has been the main carrier for each political group to disseminate their ideology, and the weapon for each country to compete in culture "soft strength". In nowadays, the culture globalization is developing; movie's dissemination is not balanced. Especially western movies, taking Hollywood as representative, grasp the hegemony, threatening the culture safety and core values of other countries and nations. In recent years, with the improving of Chinese "hard strength", image, international standing, and the holding of the Olympic Games, China brings to the world attention. In the competition with western countries in culture "soft strength", China is in the inferiority, although Chinese culture story is deep and culture resource is rich. The reasons for the situation include not only the external bad living environment, but also the unhealthy of the movie market caused by Chinese movies' themselves. In fact, Chinese unique history tradition, culture resource, esthetic style forms the international market anticipation. Several generations of Chinese movie workers devote in developing the potential of Chinese movies outputting the overseas. They depend on the wider culture field of vision, the expender theme domain, the richer artistic expressive force, positive manner and unique dissemination wisdom to create a lot of works fusing the East and West art spirit and enhancing nationality movie core competitiveness. They participate in the world mainstream market positively in the competition, and have resisted the Western movie effectively in the cultural thought invasion.As to the frame, the thesis uses the horizontal analysis, the longitudinal comparison method in the first chapter, elaborating the unbalance between China in the dissemination inferiority and America in the culture strong trend. Then the second chapter analyzes the Chinese movie foreign exchange present situation from the Trans-Culture dissemination's angle. At last, the third chapter discusses the strategy Chinese native place movie developing the international market. In the course, the author will analysis the manufacture experience of different time, different type domestically produced outstanding movie with emphasis; induce strategy the Chinese movie agreeing with localization and internationalization, through comparing to the developing trend of Chinese movie industry; Seek our national movies' road of revival.
