The Existing Problems And Solving Path Analysis Of China’s Cultural Soft Poewer Construction

Since the American scholar Joseph Nye put forward the concept of “soft power”,the academic study on soft power has never ceased. The concept of “soft power” hasbecome an important concept in international political theory, many countries paymore attention to the important role of soft power, to strengthen the construction oftheir soft power. But the concept of soft power in the academic circles has not reachedan agreement at present, Joseph Nye himself constantly on the concept of hisproposed amendment. Although the “soft power” problem has attracted considerableattention from domestic and international politics, international relations, and theseareas has made some valuable research ideas and points of view, but the presentresearch situation, foreign scholars mostly study on soft power, its research is stillscattered, unable to form a unified. Our country on the basis of Joseph Nye’s softpower, it puts forward the concept of “cultural soft power”. Although the scholars ofthe “soft power” has made certain achievement, but for “cultural soft power” of theconcept, origin, characteristics, such as like each airs his own views, no consistentunderstanding. Based on the achievements of the predecessors, sort out therelationship between related concepts of cultural soft power, is mainly aimed at thecurrent development stage of China’s cultural soft power and the existing problems,analysis of the causes of cultural soft power is weak in China, and to the problemsfrom three aspects in order to improve the path of the construction of China’s culturalsoft power.
