Study On The Intellectual Property Protection On Guizhou Minority's Folk Culture

Guizhou minority has its own culture, typically the Miao Culture. However, with the advent of reform and opening up, and the development of economics,original ecology of these valuable culture were damaged or lost. The protection should be taken for these destruction or loss. Due to the protection to traditional culture has not reach the height, and the laws and regulations to protect traditional cultural of minorities lags behind, all of these caused the traditional culture preservation can not be optimistic, also the protection is not perfect enough.Based on the need for the protection of traditional culture and the issue might accrue, in this article, the author will use the basic theory which are traditional knowledge and national culture as the starting point to state the the following issues, such as basic theory as a starting point to improve the protection of the Miao culture for the purpose and destination, focusing on the Guizhou Miao Culture is, the deficiencies, and the Miao culture of protection of intellectual property rights and improve the plight of the Miao culture system for the protection of the thinking and on. In this paper, writing to the feasibility of producing a protected mode to protect and make good use of local folk cultural resources, making it the cultural significance and economic value maximization. In this way, we are truly to be linking theory with reality, make full use of legal and other related knowledge for protect Miao Culture.
