As the pioneer school of the modernist literature in China and Japan, Sino-Japan Neo-sensationalism made new tries in the extrinsic forms and skills and internal ideology aspects, therefore, provide multiple possibilities for the subsequent literary development. Although the Neo-sensationalism of China was born under the influence of Japan Neo-sensationalism, due to the Chinese writers' untiring efforts, the latter blossomed out sister flowers which have the same glaring but little difference in color in the exotic land.In this paper I researched the Sino-Japan Neo-sensationalism by using the methods of the comparative literature. As their formations continued, the first chapter, basically introduce the process of their formations by sections using the method of influence studies. The second, the third and the forth chapter using the Parallel study method analyze the common and the different characters. In the second chapter, starts with the innovation of the forms and skills during the Neo-sensationalism works, research from two aspects which lay stress on the anti-traditional "neo-sensation" and "Unfamiliarity" descriptive skills. The third chapter starts with the topic content which have embodied the works, find out the same culture survival essence under the different social geographical environment In the 1920s and 1930s. As they learned from the western Psychoanalysis Theory is in step, using this aspect to make another chapter to do the research in order to protrude the internal psychoanalysis extraordinary anti-traditional meanings and the cultural acceptance and confirmation of the two countries. The last chapter analyze from the influences of Chinese and Japanese traditional culture, we could see the different culture blood under the homonymic literary school more clearly.
