In the Qing Dynasty,the General Study on the Five Rites,written by QIN Huitian is a outstanding work..It gets together many advantages from the formers. The work made a widely research on the rules of etiquette from the Qin Dynasty to the Ming Dynasty.QIN started off at his work in the second year of Yongzheng (1724)and completed in the twenty-sixth year of Qianlong(1761).This splendid accomplishment was achieved.The Book of Han Shu is the first dynastic history presented in a series of biographies.QIN widely citied the book,so the thesis is mainly expounded on the difference between the General Study on the Five Rites and the Book of Han Shu.The former uses the edition of the Complete library in Four Divisions and the latter the Zhonghua press.Meanwhile took use of the original block of the General Study on the Five Rites,which is collected by the Nanjing Library,the the Book of Han Shu published by the Zhonghua press and related literatures.
