The paper is focused on the political evolution of the mid-Eastern Han Dynasty, to analyze the significant political questions as queen mother in power system, the mother' s family and eunuch dictatorship and Qiang insurrection. On the basis of the relative thesis I put forward my own history divisions of the Eastern Han Dynasty, holding that the Period of Emperor An and Emperor Shun be the transition of the mid-Eastern Han Dynasty. During this period, the relationships between the emperor and queen mother, the queen mother and the mother' s family, the mother' s family and the mother' s family, the mother' s family and the eunuches, the eunuches themselves, and the emperor and the eunuches are complicated and ever-changing, and it is not as clear-cut as the popular belief about the the mother' s family Group, the literati Group and the eunuch groups. The relationship between them is a developing and dynamic one, it displays both cooperation and conflict. So it is clearly contrafactual if we consistently criticize the dark and decadence of the the mother' s family and the eunuch but ignored their positive actions in political, social, and cultural aspects. On the political impact of the the mother' s family and eunuch we should not generalize it, but in a sub-period and dynamic research methods to discuss their special historical role in special historical period.
