In this thesis, non-national elements will be discussed with emphasis in Bartok's Music for strings, Percussion and Celesta. Firstly, non-national elements in Music for strings, Percussion and Celesta of Bartok will be analyzed in two part which is factor of Occident's traditional music and factor of modem music elements in twentieth century. From the forming foundation of the elements of Occident's traditional music and the forming foundation of the Occident's modem music in twentieth century, an explanation on the forming reasons of non-national elements in main Bartok's music will be provided. Secondly, beginning from Occident's traditional music and Occident's modem music in twentieth century, a detailed description on the non-national elements in main Bartok's music will be given.Non-national elements in Music for strings, Percussion and Celesta of Bartok is the key in the article. On the basis of composing music technique, non-national elements will be expatiated in Music for strings, Percussion and Celesta. In the end, by evaluating the Bartok's creation characteristic and the influence of work, I will point out that non-national elements in Music for strings, Percussion and Celesta of Bartok develop the music performance, and have the music of the Hungarian folk song be smoothly accepted to the populace.
