This paper is mainly to inspect female missionary's activities and influence whowre in China during 1877-1922,with the《The Chinese Recorder》, and the recorder ofthe General Conference of the Protestant Missionaries of China in 1877,1890 and1907.This paper is to discuss what feminine image was the women missionariesdisplayed in china, and how sex concept has transmitted to Chinese women,whether th foreign women missionaries established their own sex space,by femaleconsciousness and female space which is popular in the US society of 19th century forangle of view.
