Humanistic psychology is considered as the third way of western psychologies. They try to criticize the ways of psychoanalysis and behaviorism and find the third way. Maslom, Rogers and May Rollo are the most famous scholars of humanistic psychology. They start to pay attention to healthy humans and they adopt phenomenology methods to study the value of men and men's personality development. Humanistic psychologists claim that men has not only the common potential of animal but also the potential of self-development. Under the influence of the potential of self-development, men's value and personality are fully developed, even to Self-realization. Nearly all the scholars think that all the humanistic psychologists express their viewpoints on the base of the theory of human nature and the theory of existentialism, so they pay more attention to the consistence of the humanistic psychologists. But in this article you will find that the viewpoints of humanistic psychologists on the nature of human are different, and these difference result in other difference such as, core concepts and main theory. This article choose the theory of men' nature of Maslom, Rogers and May Rollo and try to analyze the difference of them from philosophy basis, core concepts and main theory.The comparison will be unloaded in following three levels.The first, the comparison of philosophy basis focuses on the aspect of the theory of human nature, existentialism and phenomenology. This article tries to study the consistence and difference of influence from philosophy basis.The second, the comparison of core concepts focuses on the concepts of every humanistic psychologists. Core concepts are considered as the connection of every Humanistic psychologists' main theory.The third, the comparison of main theory is also important. The most important difference will be expressed in this part.
