Analysis Of College Students' Psychological Crisis And Means Of Crisis Intervention

As a special social group, college students have to confront many objective problems themselves. For instance, adaptation to the new learning conditions of college, adaptation to major learning tasks and learning methods, conflicts among hope,aim and reality, handling of the interpersonal relationship, contradictions of their lives and love, future job choice, employment, further education,and so on. Some college students always feel confused and they can do nothing when they are facing such problems. And then the psychological pressure is caused. Long-time existence of the pressure without easing will lead to psychological crisis. The psychological crisis makes college student always bothered by a feeling of oppression, and may cause some physiological problems. If the problems can not be solved in time, the psychological and physiological health of college student is seriously threatened,and sudden accidents may be caused. On the basis of various psychological problems of college students, and with the purpose of assisting college students to understand and face up to difficulties, and finding right way to resist psychological pressure, this thesis will discuss the status quo, features and causes of college students'psychological crisis firstly, then this thesis will analyse problems which is existing in college students'psychological crisis intervention and aspects which need further improvement. In addition,this thesis tries to raise some new strategies and means of college students'psychological crisis intervention. The purpose of this thesis is to provide guidance and assistance for healthy growth and success of college students.
