Study Of Students' Psychological Crisis Intervention Mechanism

Mental crisis means a state of temporary psychological unbalance taking place after a precipitating event.With the intensifying of social competition,there is evidence showing that people's mental load has aggravated constantly and mental crisisincreased gradually.As to university students,it also cannot be ignored. Murdering,suicide,violence frequently committed by university students are all evidences of mental crisis of them.Based on the study of related documents,this paper made a demonstration study on the headsprings and frangibility of university students,as well as factors affecting their frangibility.The testees of the survey were randomly selected from Southwest Science and Technology University,and the testing papers make deep research on the university students' crisis situation from the fountain of university students' crisis,the treating methods of university students' crisis and the social support of university students.The result of the survey shows that the main fountains of university students' crisis are emergency and home economic pressure.Then are the relationship between people,employment pressure,and school pressure.The treating methods of university students' crisis are active and healthy as a whole.To solve the problem is the main method.The fountain of university students' crisis and the treating methods of university students' crisis differ in sex,grade,specialty,biogenetic place,singleton or not.And the social support of university students has a high remark in total.It has little difference in sex,specialty and biogenetic place.But different grades have difference in whole social support mark,impersonal support and the degree of use in support.It all has realation to the fountain of university students' crisis and the treating methods; treating methods and social support.According to the the fountain of university students' crisis,the treating methods of university students' crisis and the social support of university students,this thesis puts forward the active and preventive concept that should maintain in university students' crisis intervention.Education is the main part.We should put much stress on peculiar group of students,set up effective mental crisis intervention mechanism in universities.So that it can deal with the emergency in time effectivly.Let the universities mental crisis intervention mechanism be the important tache in the pullulation of university students.
