Since the 20th century, the music has been revolutionary impacted gradually by rapid development of information technology. Traditional music production process in post-production in the last century has been promoted and changed by the rise of digital audio and MIDI technology, and development of a new type of way. At the same time, computer algorithms,Programming,artificial intelligence and other related disciplines have a large number of field that belongs music and technology cross-cutting areas that study can be. Algorithm composition in such an environment is the new way of the composition.Algorithm composition is the composer way use the logic to control the generation of music. Composers and program designers in the algorithm composition just need to constitute rules and design program, and music is created by computer and audio equipment. Among them, the way of fully-control algorithm composition relative to the other algorithm composition in two ways (randomly generated and artificial intelligence control), is very important and gradually reflect advantage. At the same time in many software and works this kind of way is very useful.The core argument of this article will focus on "algorithm" and "full control", the emphases is to discuss the advantages of the idea of full control to the random control. At the same time, discuss the feasibility of the algorithm composition system based on the full control. Further discuss in the environment of java language and Max/MSP how to actualize, further analyze and prove in same software and works.
