After reconstruction the core of economic ethics should be "For the service of the development economic life"; its principles are "Attach importance to efficiency and defend fairness", and make them harmoniously develop, and the norm "serve wholeheartedly, love post and respect career, work hard and innovate, study diligently, honest and trustworthy, people-oriented and harmonious".The target of ethics reconstruction is to set up an ethics system that is suitable to market economy mechanism, establish the government macro-control marketplace morality of resistance, institution arrangement and insurance, law insurance, public opinion construction, set up society economic ethics award and punishment measures and organism application of science and technology these are the necessary ways for ethics reconstruction, and the institution, methods, ways which influenced each other eventually form a dynamic method system of ethics construction.
