| Now most researchers think that exercise-induced iron deficiency is some real iron deficiency. It is a type of iron deficiency that can even induce anemia. The reasons are the negative iron balance caused by lack of iron supplement and more iron loss during exercise, iron redistributing caused by hemolysis of red cell, and dilution of blood by more blood volume. Our research aimed to resolve the problem about how to choose proper amount and intensity of exercise, in order to utilize iron and prevent iron-deficiency-induced anaemia. The subjects of college students were divided to 3 groups in this experiment. The first group had one P.E. class per week, following the amount and intensity of exercise on current teaching program. The second group had three RE. classes and two physical exercises per week. The third group was composed of middle-distance race athletes of Qingdao University of Science and Technology. After 12 weeks, the amount of red blood cells and hemoglobin, hematocrit, serum ferritin (FRT) and transferring (TRF) content were measured. From the point of motiving iron metabolism, we can testify whether RE. teaching content (amount and intensity of exercise) in colleges is suitable or not, and provide some advices to instruct the RE. teaching departments to choose more scientific teaching modes and measures to improve the constitution of college students.The results were as follows:1. The six basic physical indicators of college students have been improved after the training, and there are significant differences between the general group and the general training group in Sit and Reach and step test indicators(*P<0.05) .The increased level of general training group is better than that of the ordinary group in the test indicators of 1,500 meters, standing jump, step test and the Sit and Reach.2. There is an obvious difference only in the 1500m run for the athletes grous(*P<0.05).3. In the indicators of the general group and general training group ,only the RDW has a trend of increase after the training,the others don't change significantly .4. The average concentration of hemoglobin, hemoglobin decreases a lot after the training, the others don't change a lot in the athletes group(*P<0.05) .5. The TRF and FRT of the general group and the general training group have been improved but no obvious differences . 6. The TRF of the athletes group has a trend of decrease after training,while the FRT has a trend of increase(*P<0.05).In conclusion:1. After 12 weeks' training,the six basic physical indicators of the general training group is better than the general group,and the present training intensity and volume of the ordinary university will not change blood parameters.2. Because of the unreasonable arrangement of the training intensity and volume in the previous 12 weeks,the athletes has some minor iron metabolism disorder. Sports lead to iron metabolism disorder—excessive sports are one of the important reasons to cause Sports Anemia,especially obviously in the aerobic endurance-type sports.Instruct the P.E. teaching departments to choose more scientific teaching modes and measures to improve the constitution of college students, which are in accordance with < The Evaluation and Scoring of Student's Health Standard (Pilot Programme)-Year2002>... |
