The Research Of New Media Interactive Installation Art

As the fast development of computer and Internet technique, our lives enter in the information time. Our lives depend on computer and technique more and more. This make us change a lot on our behavior and our mind. Under this background, the form of art changes too. A new kind of art - New media interactive installation art born. Different from traditional art, it combines computer technique and installation art, and make audience interactive with the art installation. It combines the knowledge from different subjects together, and uses different ways to show the artists'idea, make the audiences interact with the installation. Some even allow the audience to join in the creation of the art. Different from the traditional art which makes the audiences accept the concept passively, new media interactive installation art focus more on the experience of the audiences which adds some fresh air into the traditional art.But at the same time, we have to think about how to operate this new kind of art, how to cope with the relationship of technique and art, technique and human, how to make it develop continually and healthy, how to find economic fund, how to make it popular etc. In 21 century, the technique develops fast, but the resources are less and less. We depends on computers too much that we loose some basic ability. We have to think about what will it contributes to our society, what will its future be. This paper will analyze those factors of new media interactive installation art.
