With the discoveries of various new red heritages during the period of the Central Soviet Area, the development of science, and the people's increasing demand for knowledge, We find that, compared with the research of other aspects, the research of Art and Design of the period of the Central Soviet Area is in a slow state of stagnation without enough concern, or diverse and distinctive views. Based on this situation, after on-the-spot investigation and analysis of information data, and considering geography and culture of the Hakka, this paper provides in-depth analysis of the mutual impact of the red design of the Central Soviet Area on Hakka culture and holds the view that the relationship between them is mutual promotion and common development. Learning from the fine elements of Hakka culture, Red design in the Central Soviet Area builds the design style of national characteristics and public favor, which complements and enhances its own form of expression. We should have clear thinking and proper method in terms of Hakka culture study. What we have learned are all the things accepted and favored by the public. We create a new theme, a new form of expression and a new design of China momentum abandoning bad elements to achieve fusion and development. At the same time, holding a positive, open attitude, Hakka culture integrates the elements of red design as much as possible, reflecting the flavor and the spirit of the times.First of all, this paper summarizes the research status of "Red Design" in the Central Soviet Area. Secondly, it discusses thoroughly its concept and features of Red Design. Furthermore, from the point of view of Hakka culture, it analyses the spirit of the Hakka and the red designers in the Central Soviet Area, the function of Communist Party of China and the Soviet Government in the fusion of "Red Design" in the Central Soviet Area and Hakka culture, the influence and significance of "Red Design" in the Central Soviet Area on the Hakka culture, and other related issues.
