Research On Strategies Of The Development Of Tangshan Animation Designing Industry

The animation designing industry, as the core culture ecnomic industry of the 21st century, takes the animation cartoons, internet games, mobile games and multimedia products as its representatives and plays a decisive role in the development, which has become an essential mark in measuring the competitive ability of a city or a country. In the recent"Outline of the Eleventh Five-year Plan for Cultural Development", Digital Content and Animation Cartoon have been listed as one of the most nine prior industries to develop in the next five years in cultural industry. The animation industry has come across a dificult process in China, and now a new start has occurred. With the development of economy, culture has brought into an important positon in the development of a city. Therefore, many big cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hnagzhou, Chengdu, etc. has put animation industry in the important place.On the base of animation industry developing backgrounds and analysis of present situation in foreign countries and our country, the paper takes the reseach from some rapid development cities and some well developing cities in animation industry as a starting point, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou,Fuzhou, Changsha, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Changzhou, Dalian. The author explores the industial structure, geographical feature, traditional culture of Tangshan. Therfore, based on the above studies, the suggestions and strategies are put forward for developing Tangshan animation designing industry.
