Marquis de Sade, whose full name was Donatien-Alphonse-Francois Marquis de Sade, was a French author in 18th century. Sade who was depreciated as a second–class or even last-stage erotic writer for a very long time, became the origin of the word'Sadism', because of the extreme and abnormal depiction of eroticism in his novel. Whereas as the one who assumed an important cultural phenomenon, Sade has never been submerged and passed away in the onrush of history. Since the 20th century, Sade has become one of the greatest writers in history for a great number of first-class critics and theoreticians had made so many comments on him. In this thesis, I will try to dredge up the value of the eroticism description of the works of Sade from the aspect of negation based on a serial of texts of Sade. There are three parts in this thesis. In chapter one, I will explain the reasons why Sade chose eroticism expatiation to express himself through expatiating on the relationship of sex, nature and Magna Mater in the theory of Antetype. In chapter two and chapter three, I strive to prove that negation is the kernel of the naturalism of Sade, which means Sade had repudiated all the social systems and cultural criterions which Christian virtues represented in his system, through the violation of Magna Mater reflected by the violation of sex in one hand; in the other hand, Sade could never stop his steps of negation and couldn't satisfy the position as the passive imitator of Magna Mater, so he had to deny Magna Mater further after the completion of destruction of all the rules of society.
