This article studies the rhetoric of the realistic officialdom novel by WangYuewen, a contemporary writer.In the introduction part (chapter 1), the writer orderly sums up the studying achievements of officialdom novels by predecessors, and present the viewpoint and the significance of this article as well as the train of thought in studying. The second part (chapter2) concisely explains the Chinese officialdom culture as well as the rhetoric of the officialdom novels of WangYuewen.
